Quick fixes
The app won't open or crashes on launch.
Force-quit Thunk (swipe up from the bottom and flick the Thunk card away), then reopen it. If it keeps crashing, restart your iPhone and update to the latest iOS.
Today's daily puzzle isn't loading.
Daily puzzles cache when you have signal. Connect to Wi-Fi or cellular for a moment, then pull down to refresh on the home screen.
Haptics aren't firing.
Check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is on, and that your iPhone isn't in Low Power Mode (which disables haptics for some apps).
I want to remove my email from the waitlist.
Email us at dgtol@me.com and we'll delete it the same day.
Privacy policy
The short version: we don't want your data. Thunk is designed to be played, not tracked.
What we collect
Waitlist email (this site only). If you enter your email on this page, we store it solely to notify you when Thunk launches on the App Store. We do not sell, share, or use it for marketing beyond that single email.
In the app: nothing. Thunk has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no ads, and no third-party trackers. Your stats, streaks, and settings live on your device and sync via your own iCloud account if you have it enabled.
Children
Thunk is suitable for all ages. Because we don't collect personal information inside the app, no special handling is required for users under 13.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your waitlist email at any time by writing to dgtol@me.com. There's nothing else to delete — we hold no other data.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and note the date below.
